In order for you to get compensated by means of the amicable settlement, the following prerequisites must be fulfilled:
- No more than two vehicles should be involved in the accident;
- The involved drivers should fill in, sign and send to their insurance companies the form of “amicable statement for car accident”.
- ΤThe involved vehicles must be insured with companies registered in the system of amicable settlement.
- The damage should not exceed 6,000€ for material losses and 3,000€ for personal injuries per person, nor should it exceed 9,000€ for personal injuries of all persons involved.
